I would give 10 stars if I could Kenn is an AWSOME guy, I was getting ready to throw out my Samsung washing machine (bought used) because after the first year or so it started saying unbalanced and no mater how I loaded the clothes in it, it would always go unbalanced. After meeting Kenn and describing the issue to him, he informed me that is a super common issue that is actually not to bad to fix. I contacted Kenn to remove our old vent hood and install a new one. He stayed in touch the day of the appointment so we knew when to expect him. The new hood presented a few challenges, but Kenn figured it out and now it looks great! Professional and highly recommended!
